“星与心愿”自闭症康复教育联盟成立
2011年9月2日，由青岛以琳、上海爱好和深圳紫飞语三家自闭症康复教育机构联合发起，阿斯利康（中国）全力支持的 “星与心愿”自闭症康复教育联盟成立暨康教发展论坛在青岛拉开序幕。来自全国各地的主要机构负责人与康教专家、以及阿斯利康（中国）的代表共同参加了此次 为期两天的活动。阿斯利康(中国)与三家康复教育机构联盟在启动仪式上签署了“星与心愿”自闭症康复教育联盟合作备忘录。此次论坛还安排了作为首家主办机构以琳的课程观摩、圆桌讨论、专家报告与机构研讨、以及自闭症康教机构组织发展的相关培训，旨在提高自闭症康复教育行业的整体水平，让更多的自闭症儿童得 到具有实效性的康复训练和服务。启动仪式上，阿斯利康中国区总裁马克•马龙（Mark Mallon）先生承诺阿斯利康(中国)将一如既往地对自闭症领域给予长期的关注和帮助，同时对“星与心愿”联盟也会给予大力的支持。希望通过联盟这一平 台的定期会议、经验分享和专业培训，培养出更多的专业教师，使更多的机构能够受益，从而提升整个自闭症康教领域的共同发展，使更多的自闭症孩子能及时接受 优质、专业的康复训练。

康教机构步履维艰，关爱自闭症迫在眉睫
根据世界卫生组织统计，全球每20分钟就有一个患有自闭症的孩子诞生。我国庞大的自闭症患者群体也不容忽视。 对比于巨大的发病人口，我国对自闭症儿童教育及康复的研究及发展仍处在初级阶段。由于人们对自闭症的认识不足，自闭症康复及教育问题缺乏社会各界的重视和 扶持，这些原因导致国内众多自闭症康教机构的发展遇到了许多困难。他们面临的两大主要难题是：资金和技术的匮乏，以及机构之间沟通不顺畅。苦于资金的匮 乏，全国各康复医疗和训练机构无法引进国外先进的治疗设备和技术；相互之间缺少沟通的平台，这导致他们很难真正接触和深入了解各种国际先进、成熟的教育训 练理念和方法。在自闭症患者发病率明显上升的今天，康教机构所面临的难题急需社会的关注与支持。

“星与心愿”联盟，架起康教机构沟通的桥梁
为了帮助自闭症康教机构冲破困境，更好的帮助自闭症儿童，“星与心愿”自闭症康复教育联盟应运而生。该联盟由青岛以琳、上海爱好和深圳紫飞语发起， 阿斯利康（中国）支持，目的是搭建起一个平等、和谐、自律和共同发展的平台，为中国的自闭症康教机构提供经验分享、资源共享和接受专业培训的机会，为整个 自闭症行业创造一个良好的发展氛围。这是中国首个自闭症康教联盟，它不仅填补了康教机构之间交流缺失的空白，并对促进整个行业的发展有着重大深远的意义。
青岛以琳学校的创始人及校长方静表示：“目前，以琳的训练已经达到15%---20%的康复率，居世界领先的水平。但是，目前国内大多数自闭症康教 机构的水平是参差不齐的，联盟的成立能够为我们之间架起一座互帮互助与协作共进的桥梁，在实现自身发展与壮大的同时，共同推进行业的良性发展，在未来一定 能帮助到更多需要帮助的自闭症孩子。”

关爱星儿，阿斯利康（中国）在行动
作为“星与心愿”联盟的支持机构，阿斯利康一直非常关注自闭症群体，并以实际行动兑现“携手为生命护航”的承诺。从2008年开始，阿斯利康就开展 了一系列的自闭症儿童关爱活动，帮助自闭症儿童走出那个“遥远的星球”，和正常孩子一样，享受沟通、相处和互动的欢乐。经过多年持续的志愿者行动，阿斯利 康更加深刻的认识到，关爱自闭症儿童不是一个家庭或一个企业就可以完成的任务，而是需要带动全社会共同参与的项目。而首先需要解决的，就是自闭症康复及教育机构的发展，这也是阿斯利康支持“星与心愿”联盟的初衷。
马克•马龙（Mark Mallon）先生还表示：“作为企业社会责任的重要内容，我们鼓励员工成为阿斯利康的志愿者，为那些真正需要帮助的人提供我们力所能及的帮助。多年来我 们一直十分关注自闭症这一群体，并组织志愿者进行一系列自闭症关爱行动。目前，阿斯利康在全国21个地区建立了志愿者小组，志愿者的队伍已经增长到近千人。我们深知自闭症带给家庭和社会的负担是巨大的。正因为如此，推动康教机构的发展，对整个社会的意义深远，这也是我们大力推动自闭症儿童关爱项目的感性 和理性出发点。阿斯利康对‘星与心愿’联盟的支持，会是一个长期且任重道远的过程。我们希望在未来，通过我们大家的一起努力，可以让国内康教机构的教育水平能与国际接轨，为更多的自闭症孩子提供优质的服务！”
“星与心愿”联盟的成立，不但是为自闭症康教机构搭建了一个良好的沟通、学习的桥梁，并希望通过此平台能使社会中更多的爱心人士加强对自闭症患者的 关注和关爱，并极大推动自闭症康复和教育事业在中国的发展。我们相信，在“星与心愿”联盟的帮助下，更多星星的孩子会早日走出自闭的世界，享受美好的生 活，不再孤单。

On 2011 September 2, “Stars and Wishes” Autism Recovery Education Coalition and recovery education development forums started off in Qingdao. The coalition was jointly initiated by three autism recovery education organizations, Qingdao Elim, Shanghai Aihao and Shenzhen Zifeiyu, It is fully sponsored by Asilikang (China). Coming from across the country, the main organizations’ people in charge and medical education experts, Asilikang’s (China) representatives jointly attended this two-day activity. Asilikang (China) and the three recovery education organizations signed a memorandum at the start of the “Stars and Desires” Autism Recovery Education Coalition. At this forum, there were the organizer Elim’s class emulation, roundtable discussions, expert reports, and organized discussion, as well as the autism recovery education organizations’ related training development, designed to improve the entire level of autism recovery education organizations, enabling more autistic children to receive truly efficient recovery training and service. In the launch ceremony, Asilikang China president Mark Mallon promised Asilikang will continue to give long-term concern and assistance to autism, while at the same time giving great support to the “Stars and Wishes” coalition. The hope is that through regular meetings, experience sharing and expert training, cultivating more expert teachers, more organizations can benefit, thereby improving the joint development of the whole field of autism health education, so that more autistic children can timely receive excellent expert recovery training.
Recovery Education Organizations Struggling, Care For Autism Imminent
According to World Health Organization statistics, a child is born with autism every 20 minutes. China’s autistic community is not easy to ignore. Compared to the huge population, China’s research and development of autistic child education are still lacking. Since people do not really know what autism is, the problem of autism recovery and medical education still lacks the attention and assistance of all walks of life in society; these reasons lead to numerous difficulties in the development of domestic autism education. The two main problems they face are funding and technology deficiencies, as well as lack of smooth communication between organizations. Suffering from a lack of funding, foreign treatment, equipment, and technology are unable to be introduced to domestic recovery treatment and training organizations around the country; the lack of a mutual communication platform leads to them having difficulties in accessing and thoroughly understanding all types of foreign technology, as well as new education training theories and practices. With today’s increasing numbers of autistic patients, health education organizations are all faced with the problem of urgently needing society’s concern and support.
“Stars and Wishes” Coalition, Building Communication Bridges for Health Education Organizations
For the purpose of helping autism health education organizations break through their difficulties, and to better help autistic children, “Stars and Wishes” the Autism Recovery Education Coalition emerged. The union was initiated from Qingdao Elim, Shanghai Aihao, and Shenzhen Zifeiyu; Asilikang (China) supports it, with the goal of building equality, harmony, a platform of self-regulation and joint development, for the purpose of improving experience sharing and expert training opportunities in Chinese autism health education organizations, and for the purpose of all projects relating to autism to produce a good development atmosphere. This is China’s first autism health education coalition; it not only fills in the gap between health education organizations and the shortage of exchange, but it also has an important, profound meaning for the promotion of the development of this domain. Qingdao Elim School founder and principal expressed, “Currently, Elim’s training has already reached a 15%-20% recovery rate, leading the global level. But now, domestic autistic health education organizations’ success is unevenly distributed; this coalition’s establishment can build a bridge of mutual help, in achieving its own development and expanding, at the same time, jointly motivated by the positive development of this domain; in the future, it will definitely be able to help more autistic children who require help.”
Caring for Stars, Asilikang (China) in action
As an organization that supports “Stars and Wishes” coalition, Asilikang has been very concerned with autistic communities, and has taken practical action to honor the “Hand in hand for life convoy” effort. In 2008, Asilikang started to develop a series of autistic children’s care exercises, helping autistic children walk away from that “distant planet,” and to receive the same communication, cooperation, and mutual happiness that regular children do. After a few years of continuous volunteer activities, Asilikang has attained even more profound knowledge, that caring for autistic children is not a task that can be done by a household or a firm, but it requires the driving force of society’s joint participation. But first of all that requires a solution, which is the development of autistic recovery education organizations; this is Asilikang’s intention in supporting “Stars and Wishes.”
Mark Mallon also expresses: “As a corporate social responsibility, we encourage Asilikang’s volunteers to help as much as possible those who need help. Over the years we have paid attention to the autistic community, and also organize volunteers to conduct a series of autism care activities. Right now, Asilikang has created volunteer groups in 21 regions of the country; the volunteer group has grown to almost 1000 people. We deeply know that autism brings a great burden to society and families. Because of this, pushing for the development of health education organizations has deep meaning for society; this is our energetically driven autism children’s care project’s sensibility and reason for starting. Asilikang supports the “Stars and Wishes” coalition; this is a long-term, heavy load process. We hope that in the future, through everyone working hard together, we can make the domestic health education organizations’ education level integrated with the international level, to supply more excellent service for autistic children!”
The establishment of the “Stars and Wishes” coalition is not only for the autistic health education organizations to build better communication, a “bridge of studying,” but also for the hope that the platform will make more compassionate people in society to increase their care and compassion for autistic people, so as to enormously drive the domain of autism recovery and education to develop in China. We believe that with the help of “Stars and Wishes” coalition, more children will soon move away from the world of autism, and receive happy lives, and not be lonely anymore.
